JANUARY ART SHOW

We’re most excited for our upcoming dual art show on January 20th (you’re all invited) featuring Dave Drage of Denver and Brian Wood. We’re going to be celebrating all things Tee & Cakes that night: creativity, the remodeling of our shop, our birthday (belated) and the new year!

Brian’s pieces are letterpress prints that have been run through the press no fewer than 6 times and have the different designed layered on top of each other. It doesn’t get any more “1 of a kind” than this. Pieces will vary from 4×6″ 5×7″ 8×10″ and other random sizes. Each print is hand set, hand inked and uses wood type, metal ornaments, metal type, and hand carved linoleum.

We are most excited to announce our upcoming art show featuring Sabrina Clauson’s terrarium art. We’re turning Tee & Cakes into a wonderful world of plants with this super-cool show. It will be up from December 5-January 5.

Tee & Cakes is hosting our 3rd annual Karen Watkins show starting November 4th. Her shows are always awesome and the art is sold at really excellent prices. This year Karen will introduce t-shirts to the line-up that will also be for sale.

Jewelry Show At Tee & Cakes

We are excited to host our awesome barista’s (Jenny) show this month. Her hand-made jewelry will be up until January 11th and is available for purchase. The pieces are selling fast, but just ask Jenny to commission you a piece and there’s a good chance she’ll oblige.

Karen Watkins “Creatures” will be up starting November 12 through December 12. Last year’s show with Karen was awesome with most of the art sold, so I would pop into the shop pretty early on. New Art Show!

Tee & Cakes is most pleased to announce a new art show. We debuted Justin Gray’s art last year at the shop and he’s back with new rad art to hand at Tee & Cakes. The show will be up for the month of October, so please come by and check out some awesome local art. One piece has sold and it’s only been up for a couple hours. All pieces are framed nicely in glass and would make a slick addition to any room.

Justin Gray will return with new art this October on the walls of Tee & Cakes! Last year we featured Justin for his debut into the art world with a show and a huge party. Below is a picture of a crop of one of his pieces from last year. He is working on all brand new stuff for this show. Stay tuned.
