Thank you everybody who came out and supported Tee & Cakes! We had the coldest table being outside and we apreciate you braving the chilly temperatures for our cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, sugar cookies and whoopie pies! It was an awesome event and make sure you attend any of the future Firefly Handmade events – they are an awesome gathering of local crafters creating handmade goodies.

For the month of February we will be featuring Girl Scout Cookie Cupcakes. We bought enough boxes for Cookie Cupcakes all month! Chef Raquel has crafted up some really awesome recipies that combine the actual cookies as well as the flavors of the Tagalong and Samoa. These cupcakes are $3.00. Sorry, no Thin Mint, but try our Chocolate Mint cupcake — it’s off the chain.

Tagalongs: Chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter filling and peanut butter icing topped with chopped Tagalong cookies
Samoas: Yellow cake with swirls of Samoas cookie chunks topped with a bit of ganache and toasted coconut caramel and a Samoas cookie chunk for garnish.

C LAZY U RANCH WEDDING

This was a very cool wedding with so many details and carefully executed planning that this was one of the most awesome ones we have done at Tee & Cakes. We made homemade Oreos, macarons, cake pops, baby cakes, sugar cookies, donut holes… oh and a cake, too. The wedding planner was Stacy Mccain. Click HERE for tons more photos from the wedding.
