29th Annual Chocolate Lover’s Fling

For the last 28 years the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence has been putting on this wonderful event full of Boulder’s finest chocolate choices. We were honored to be a participant in Chocolate Lover’s Fling this year. As you all know, cupcakes are a super awesome way to get your chocolate fix. We chose our famous Chocolate Bacon Cupcake, our soon-to-be famous Salted Caramel Cupcake that has a chocolate cake, and our most popular seller, the Red Velvet Cupcake — except we added chocolate icing in place of our standard vanilla. Raqwel — a talented and fine baker — along with Megzz – an expert in cupcake sales as well as the world’s best listener — helped us out that night. Make sure you go next year if you missed it.

And this is a great warm-up event for this weekend, where Tee & Cakes will be providing desserts for a great non-traditional Valentine’s Day event held at the Boulderado this Saturday. Click HERE for more information on the Anti-Valentine’s Day Party.

Last weekend we had a table at the Boulder Wedding Showcase held at the Boulder Theater. This year we launched some fun, new ideas for people who are looking to try some other creative options for their desserts at their wedding. Click HERE to download the new and improved wedding menu.

29th Annual Chocolate Lovers’ Fling!

Tee & Cakes is excited to be a part of this fundraiser for Boulder-based Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence. We will be featuring 5 of our most popular chocolate varieties, including the Chocolate Bacon. There will be tons of other great food vendors as well as other businesses who have donated some great prizes for silent and live auctions.

Through the Thanksgiving season we will continue to make our Bobbin for Apples (fresh apples top this cupcake filled with graham crackers) and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip (with cream cheese icing) Cupcakes. And we have both flavors today.

BEER CUPCAKE
We have been making these fine beauties every Friday for a while now. They are extra yummy and made with a local beer.
