Salted Bourbon Caramel

3 layers of chocolate cake filled with a homemade dark Bourbon caramel buttercream. Then we stir it into our butter cream and fill both layers of the cake. Topped that with more caramel and fleur du sel salt crystals. Salty and sweet and oh so good.
