WHAT A COOL WEEK: BRANDI CARLILE & LETTERPRESS TYPE TRUCK EVENTS!

We were honored to host Brandi Carlile for a private acoustic set at Tee & Cakes. It was a great night. There is nothing like an intimate, stripped down set of a powerful musician. Additionally, the chef was asked to create a cake for Brandi and she loved it! Check out plenty more photos from the event on our Facebook page. Earlier in the week we were invited by our friends at The Makerie and Bird Dog Press to be a part of the Creative Coffee series they host. This was another super fun event and really inspiring. Common Threads was mighty nice to host the event in their parking lot. Check out more photos HERE. The type truck gave everyone a chance to see how letterpress is done and to take home a print. We supplied the coffee and cupcakes, donuts and cheddar basil biscuits to get everyone jump started the the type truck took care of the rest. We love our job!
