PIE SEASON // FALL 2012

Pie Season is once again upon us and that, my friends, is very good news. We are rolling out a couple of our classics as well as some variations of our well-known pies. Like our Apple Pie: This year we got together with Will Frischkorn of Cured, who helped us pick an awesome cheese from his shop to create an unforgettable streusel for the Apple Pie topping. The cheese we selected is magical and it’s going help make our Apple Pie the stuff dreams are made of… (For the record, I could eat cheese all day)
We will be roasting our own pumpkins again this year to make this pie over-the-top-good. We will be using local pumpkins from our friend, Tim, of BonaVida Growers of Longmont.
Pies are $22.00 and are available to order anytime. Please allow 48 hours notice. Feel free to place your Thanksgiving order anytime.
We will be closed on Thanksgiving (Thursday 22nd) and will be open until 1pm on Wednesday, Nov. 21.

We are pleased to announce that it’s PIE SEASON again! These pies are legendary and will impress any pie fanatic. Make sure you place your order in time as we tend to get quite busy with these orders.
Lost World Farm’s Pumpkin – Locally grown pumpkins! They harvest, we roast and peel and bake these organic pumpkins into the tasty pie.
Bourbon Pecan – A little o’ grandpa’s cough medicine never hurt. Add chocolate for 2.00.
Bacon Maple Pecan The pie equivalent to our famous cupcake. Add chocolate for 2.00.
Apple Brown Butter — The Holy Trinity: Cinnamon, Butter & Apple
